Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through the Cubanefra platform located at cubanefra.info. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods made available at checkout. All payment methods are subject to validation and authorization by the respective payment processor. Cubanefra does not store full card details on its servers.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the platform are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated at the point of purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable fees where stated. Cubanefra reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal cycle, of which you will be notified in advance.
3. Billing and Charges
3.1 One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases, such as individual webinar registrations or standalone course access, are charged in full at the time of purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Billing begins on the date of initial subscription and renews automatically on the corresponding date of each subsequent billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
3.3 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Cubanefra will make reasonable attempts to process the charge again within a short period. Continued failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.
4. Taxes and Fees
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, levies, or duties depending on your location and the nature of the service purchased. Any such taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase that are not collected by Cubanefra.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the associated service or content has not been substantially accessed or consumed. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically guaranteed.
5.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases are non-refundable, including but not limited to: completed live webinar sessions that have already taken place, downloadable materials that have been accessed, and promotional or discounted purchases where the terms explicitly state no refund eligibility.
5.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle following cancellation, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a specific plan's terms.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We will work to resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Cubanefra may result in suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute.
8. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors that maintain industry-standard security practices. Cubanefra does not have direct access to your full payment credentials. While we take reasonable steps to ensure a secure transaction environment, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
9. Changes to Payment Terms
Cubanefra reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or through a notice on the platform no fewer than 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of paid services following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
